What: Author of A Call to Fast: Taking the Spiritual Journey and an advisor of healthy living certified by the World Health and Healing Collaborative as a life-guide coach.
Why: She grew up as an overweight teenager. Determination and ego led her to shed the pounds. However, after giving birth the 2nd time she regained much of that weight and her determination returned to get rid of it. This led to a lifestyle of caring for her health and wellness that included healthy eating, fitness programs and mind enhancements practices like yoga and meditation. Fay found there was no fun in keeping all this to herself, hence her mission to share this and help others achieve what will make them feel and look better and her book A Call to Fast: Taking the Spiritual Journey was born.
